We offer four different plans for classes and lodging. La Casa Escuela Rosa Silva is the best school in San Juan del Sur for affordable lodging and great spanish instruction.

Homestay with local family outside of the school – $204.00
20 hours of Spanish class
private room in the home of a local family for seven days
three meals a day

Homestay at Casa Escuela Rosa Silva – Three meals per day $180.00 includes:
20 hours of Spanish class
bed in the casa escuela
two meals a day
free use of kitchen, refrigerator and laundry facilities
free surfing class

Homestay at Casa Escuela Rosa Silva – One meal per day $160.00
includes:
20 hours of Spanish class
a bed in the casa escuela
breakfast only
free use of kitchen, refrigerator and laundry facilities
free surfing class

Classes Only $120.00
includes:
20 hours of Spanish class
no lodging or meals included

Students may pay for classes on the first day of class. If you chose to study for more than one week, payment will be due the first day of each week. At this time, we accept U.S. dollars or Nicaraguan cordobas in cash only, please.

If you would like to register ahead of time, please email the date you would like to start classes and your lodging choice.

We can arrange transportation and/or someone to meet you once you are in Nicaragua, or when you arrive in San Juan del Sur. Just email us to let us know your needs.
